Hatha
Hatha is an eclectic blend of many yoga styles. This class covers standing and seated poses, inversions and backbends - with variations offered to challenge students at all levels. It is a great way to improve body awareness, learn new poses, and discover nuances of postures that you already know. This is a wonderful place to start as a newcomer to yoga.

Flowing Hatha
Flowing Hatha incorporates slow, relaxing postures with breath work. It is similar to Power/Vinyasa, but at a slower pace. You'll leave this class feeling refreshed, centered and de-stressed.

Power/Vinyasa
Power/Vinyasa is a free-style, flowing form of Ashtanga yoga that increases strength, flexibility and stamina. This high-heat, high-energy workout balances and refreshes your mind and body.

Extra Gentle
Our Extra Gentle class is targeted toward seniors, people with disabilities or injuries, and anyone wanting to explore restorative poses. These classes will be gently paced, with a calm and healing environment.

Pilates - Mat
Pilates - Mat is a series of specific movements designed to strengthen the powerhouse. The powerhouse consists of the muscles of the abdomen, back, and waist. Pilates increases strength, flexibility and endurance while improving posture, alignment, coordination and balance (without building bulk).

Pilates PLUS
Pilates Plus is a total body conditioning class that takes your pilates-mat skills to the next level. This fat-burning workout develops the disciplines of centering, concentration, fluidity of movement, precision, control, and breathing through integrated strength and flexibility training. This class sometimes will incorporate bands, rings, and stability balls to achieve maximum results.

Yogilates
Yogilates is a class that combines yoga and pilates poses and flows. Great for those familiar with yoga, but not with pilates - or vice versa! This is a wonderful place to transition from yoga to pilates or pilates to yoga!

Tai Chi
Tai Chi Ch'uan is an ancient martial art taught in modern times for health and longevity. Through the study of powerful and graceful movements, you become more centered and aware of your inner strength, allowing you to live a healthier and stress free life.
Tai Chi classes at Namaste include the complete study of Chi Kung (breath condensing). Gain flexibility and awareness training through the linking of the different gates within the body. Learn the twelve move combined tai chi form.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers a wonderful balance for the more active styles of Power Yoga and Flowing Hatha. The practice, based on a Taoist approach, focuses mainly on seated and reclining postures which are held with minimal use of muscle (Yang) for longer periods of time. Through this process we are able to access the ligaments and even the bones, applying gentle stress to these areas which helps to strengthen connective tissue, enhance joint flexibility and increase the flow of energy throughout the body. Try this "quiet practice" before a Power class and see what a difference it can make!

Total Body Tune-Up
You will be sure to get your morning started off right with this energetic fitness workout. This class incorporates intervals of cardiovascular activity and strength training. Participants will also be improving their core strength and flexibility. Join in for an early morning kick start!

Yoga for Relaxation
This class uses Yoga Nidra, also known as 'Yogic sleep', to give you a complete guided experience of deep relaxation, self-healing and integration. It involves systematically relaxing the body, breath and mind as our attention is gently lead deeper and deeper through the levels of our own being, coming to rest in a deep silence and stillness. This practice will begin with a gentle yoga posture sequence to prepare the body for relaxation.

Dharma Punx Meditation
Dharma Punx Tampa is an alternative meditation and dharma community. Inspired and supported by Noah Levine. This is a one hour peer led meditation. All are welcome. All classes are offered without charge, supported by donation ($5 suggested).
