Basic Yoga
Basic Yoga is an eclectic blend of many yoga styles. This class covers standing and seated poses, inversions and backbends - with variations offered to challenge students at all levels. It is a great way to improve body awareness, learn new poses, and discover nuances of postures that you already know. This is a wonderful place to start as a newcomer to yoga.

Beginning Flow
Our Beginning Flow Yoga classes teach you how to weave postures and breath work together to deepen your practice. Poses flow from one to the next at a level that is well explained and suitable for beginners. Beginning Flow teaches you foundational poses and sequencing, preparing you for Flow and Power/Fitness Yoga classes.

Flow Yoga
A Flow Yoga class is just like the name sounds. The class incorporates postures with breath work, and the poses flow from one to the next. It is similar to Power Yoga, but at a slower pace. You'll leave this class feeling refreshed, centered and de-stressed.

Hot Basic Yoga
Hot Basic Yoga teaches foundational yoga poses, so it's suitable for newcomers, and is practiced in a heated room (85 to 90 degrees) to add that extra purifying element. In each pose, variations are offered to challenge students at all levels. It is a great way to learn body awareness, increase flexibility, and break a healthy sweat!

Power / Fitness Yoga
Power/ Fitness Yoga is a high-energy, fat-burning class that improves your strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. If you're looking to lose weight, tone your body or just have fun - this is the class for you!
Suitable for Intermediate and Advanced
Hot Flow Yoga
Hot Flow Yoga teaches flow yoga in a heated room (85 to 90 degrees). It is the perfect class for those who want more of a challenge than our Hot Basic Yoga classes, yet still suitable for all levels. A great way to enhance your practice, purify and transform you - inside and out.

Gentle Yoga
Our Gentle Yoga class is targeted toward seniors, people with disabilities or injuries, and anyone wanting to explore restorative poses. These classes will be gently paced, with a calm and healing environment.

Core & More
Experience a full hour that focuses on toning and strengthening abdominals and lower back muscles. This class will combine Pilates exercises, yoga poses and general fitness movements to build your core from the inside out. Stand taller, improve balance, reduce back pain and energize yourself!

Intro to the Primary Series
This class will introduce the alignment and poses that are practiced in the full Ashtanga Primary Series. A great way to learn and build up to the Primary Series class! Expect to sweat and work your body from head to toe!

Yoga-lates
Yoga-lates is a class that combines yoga flows with pilates poses. Great for those familiar with yoga, but not with pilates - or vice versa! This is a wonderful place to transition from yoga to pilates or pilates to yoga!

Join us for an incredible class that combines Callenetics, Pilates, Body Sculpting and Yoga. Work off all those extra calories from the festivities the day before!

Meditative Yoga
Meditative Yoga is a wonderful practice that is deeply absorbing, relaxing and fulfilling. It combines gentle postures with focus on inner felt sensations. By listening to your body while you engage in the postures, you let go of your thinking and begin to integrate inward focus and meditative awareness. This internal focus is a powerful tool to engage you totally, absorb you completely, and integrate you fully in your body, mind, heart and soul.

Deep Stretch Yoga
Deep Stretch Yoga focuses on seated and reclining postures and holds them for long periods of time. This allows your body to access the ligaments and even the bones, applying gentle stress to those areas which helps to strengthen connective tissue, enhance joint flexibility and increase the flow of energy throughout the body. Try this "Yin practice" to counter-balance more active styles of yoga.

Prenatal Yoga
A modified flow yoga class for the pregnant mommy-to-be and those trying to conceive. This class focuses on breathing techniques and poses that are helpful during pregnancy and labor. Learn to clear your mind and focus during difficult moments -- a perfect skill set to have during pregnancy, labor, birth and motherhood!

New York Style Pilates
Authentic pilates taught by an instructor trained and certified in New York! A fun class that uses bands, balls, rings and more to give you a head to toe workout, improve your functional stability and tone.

Kids Yoga:
Ages 4-6
Experience what it feels like to be grounded and why it is so important. Children will journey through a variety of nature and animal inspired poses, mindful movements and breathing exercises, to gain a deeper connection to themselves, each other and the world we live in.
