When attending classes at Namasté Yoga Studio, we suggest you:
  • Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothing
  • Come to class on time - it is best to arrive 10 minutes early
  • Turn off cell phones and pagers
  • Come with a clear and open mind
  • Don't eat a heavy meal for at least 2 hours prior to class
  • Inform instructors of any injuries, limitations or special conditions before each class
  • Focus on your breath
  • Combine your breath with your movement
  • Listen to your body

Please Bring:
  • Water
  • A small towel
  • A yoga mat

Note: Mats are available for use at the studio.  For rigorous classes (like Power/Vinyasa), however, we recommend that you bring your own.
