Her classes allow each individual to work toward their maximum potential and gain maximum results. Claudia
Claudia - Namaste Yoga Studio Tampa
Claudia began her personal practice of Yoga and Pilates at home more than 10 years ago, with a dream that one day she could share with others this wonderful practice. However, there was an obstacle, a "mountain" in front of her - injuries from a very young age. Someone encouraged her to climb her mountain, and so she did. She became an instructor of Pilates and Yoga, in addition to receiving her certification in personal training. What she wants to share with others is to never give up, no matter what mountain you need to climb. With persistence and commitment, you can achieve whatever your personal goal may be!

Jennifer
Jennifer - Namaste Yoga Studio Tampa
Jennifer teaches in the Integral Yoga tradition founded by Sri Swami Satchidananda. Her classes emphasize a gentle yet rigorous asana practice for all levels of ability, incorporate pranayama (the breathing practice), and culminate in mindful awareness or meditation. She strongly believes that practicing yoga is "meditation in motion" guided by the student's unique potential to fully integrate body, mind and spirit. It is her greatest wish to inspire students to live yoga "off the mat" and attain a joyful and peaceful existence. In addition to teaching yoga, Jennifer is also a musician and music therapist.

With a lifetime of training and performing in the disciplines of classical ballet, jazz and Middle Eastern dance, Lydia's love of movement is apparent in her approach to yoga. She began her study of yoga after attending a "Yoga for Dancers" workshop and soon found that the practice was even more fulfilling for her than dance - especially with its inward focus on self-acceptance and non-competition. In addition, her professional work in the Department of Aging Studies at USF has directed her toward helping others grow old gracefully through the use of yoga techniques. Lydia's classes reflect her passion for dance, combining fluid sequences and breathe with mental focus and spiritual intention.
